Pharmaceutical Sector
imaginary has successfully developed Serious Games for training in the pharmaceutical sector. Games are used:
- as a tool for Pharmaceutical Promoter training, to update product knowledge and practise the correct management of the interview with the doctor (e.g. Vermont);
- to verify distortion of the product image at the end of the training, assessing first the distortion between the company-defined product profile and that perceived by the promoters, and secondly to test that the profile perceived by the doctors is in line with that intended by the company;
- to present a new drug, transmit information on correct use and collect data both on-line and during events and trade fairs;
- during promotion, dissemination or prevention campaigns to find out about a pathology, educate and inform with the help of specialist doctors. The game can also be adapted using information provided directly by the individual player (e.g. Survey).
